This chronicles my search for both the very best rum and the best rum value for mixing in Caffeine-Free Diet Coke. I’ve rated well over 60 rums for taste and value. I have been surprised how many outstanding rums I've found--and how much better many are than what I had been drinking. Of course, a few of them are very expensive, but there are some incredible values to be enjoyed.

Rum: Flor de Cana, Aged 4 Years, Nicaragua Rating:4Proof:
Waitress at Iron Cactus called this "Florida Cognac." Drank this with Diet Pepsi, but that probably didn't lower the rating.
